There is a small spot of paint loss in the background to the right of the muzzle. The signature and date sit in the lower right of the painted surface. The reverse shows scattered paint marks where the artist wiped the brush, along with age toning to the canvas, and carries no labels or inscriptions. I have described only what is visible in the photographs and in hand; I have not examined the work under UV and make no claim about retouch or restoration beyond what is stated here. The oak frame is structurally sound with minor surface wear and is wired to hang.
