There is quite a bit of silverplate loss across the base metal, most visible on the tray, the candle cups, and the central rod, showing the warmer base metal beneath. The candle sleeves are plastic, a replacement from more recent years, and are slightly discolored. The finial does not appear to be original to the lamp. The green tole shade is slightly bent out of shape and shows scuffs across the exterior, spotting and discoloration on the cream-painted interior, and some gilding loss along the trim. The lamp has been rewired to US standards and is in working order.
